Florence was named after her original owner. We purchased the house from her in January of 1999; she was 96 years old.
Our sweet old gal Florence is a 1500+ square foot home in the heart of Hollywood. She is made up of of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large, open living room / dining room area, and sits on a 7500 square foot lot in the heart of Hollywood (walking distance to several major studios).
The back: a lush, green, peaceful oasis in the middle of the city with 2 adorable guesthouses.
