  • The house is a work in progress and still needs a good amount of work (paint job, new front porch, new driveway, side fence, etc). So we are open to certain modifications that might suit production.
  • Bars in windows can be removed if need be.
  • Large front yard with white picket fence (which can pretty easily be removed if needed).
  • Green, lush backyard with 2 guesthouses. 
  • Original oak hardwood floors (haven’t been refinished).
  • Redwood built-ins, wide crown-moldings and baseboards (original finish).

 

 

FUN LITTLE PIECE OF HISTORY:

The original owner we bought the house from, Florence, used to play the piano score for silent films in Hollywood. She was also the first woman in Los Angeles to have her own radio show.
