Exterior – Front

Cozy, homey bungalow built in 1920. Green front yard with mature trees and shrubs. White picket fence and concrete wraparound porch. Original redwood front door.

Exterior – back

Lush and inviting little oasis with swing, fire pit, dining set, hammock and fruit trees; gated and safe. Good size back deck off the main house, and behind it, two adorable side-by-side guesthouses (one building).

Living RooM

Spacious, open living room. Original fireplace and hardwood oak floors. Cozy, homey furnishings and decor with rich textures and patterns. Redwood crown moldings and baseboards (yes, original). Many period touches in a 21st century setting.

Dining Room

Open and spacious with stunning original built-ins and lots of natural light. Nice flow from the living room, and leading to the kitchen.

Kitchen

We remodeled one wall a few years ago (window wall), and more is coming soon! Original cabinets, gas stove from the 1940s, butcher block countertop, large stainless steel farmhouse sink. Lots of old-days character with some modern touches.

Breakfast Nook

Small but bright bonus room just off the kitchen… that will eventually be opened up to be part of it! They didn’t have refrigerators in 1920 when the house was built, so the only space for it is in this room.

BedRooM #1

Small but romantic. In the back of the house with tons of natural light and soothing color palette. Dark wood floor provides a nice contrast. Small ensuite 3/4 bathroom.

Bedroom #2

Used as a guest room and jewelry workshop. In the front of the house, just off the dining room. Nice natural light.

Office

Good size space with lots of interesting things to look at… ok, it’s messy and cluttered! Some creative brains work better that way. 😉

Bathroom #1

Our main bathroom completely redone a few years ago blending the old and the new. Spacious and inviting with lots of wood & earthy tones, and a bright, striking tiled floor. Oversize jacuzzi tub and double shower stall.

Bathroom #2

Tiny (but functional) bathroom with cool and soothing colors. We built it in a closet that wasn’t getting much use.

Hallway & Laundry room

Hallway is open at both ends and has several built-ins. Laundry room is also our tool-storage room and leads to the back deck.

Attic

Real attic with pull-down stairs for easy access (from the laundry room). Unfinished and a bit cluttered as we use it for storage. Plenty of space to stand in some areas.
